Important Notes

Please read the following important notes regarding the account deletion procedure.

• After deleting your account, all user information, in-app currency, items, etc. will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
• If the information on the deletion form does not match the user account information, the deletion procedure will not be carried out, so please fill it out accurately.
• The deletion procedure will be carried out 14 days after the application. However, for reasons such as legal compliance, fraud prevention, and security, the following data will be retained even after account deletion. Retained data will be deleted after the retention period defined by our company or after the purpose of retention has been achieved. Retained data (some user data, inquiry information, access logs, error logs)
• By applying for the account deletion procedure, you are deemed to have agreed to the above matters.
